Our Team

Allison Duffy, CPA MST

Allison has over 15 years of experience in tax and accounting, serving in public accounting for nearly a decade and internally in a corporate tax department, serving as the number two in tax for a multinational corporation with an annual revenue of a billion dollars. She has been licensed by the State of California as a Certified Public Accountant since 2009. Allison holds a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Boise State University, and Certificate in International Taxation from Golden Gate University. She has also had a series of tax research articles published by LexisNexis.

Allison is passionate about education, entrepreneurship and serving her community. As a lifetime learner Allison has continued to stay connected to the problems of small business owners by being a Quickbooks ProAdvisor as well as pursuing a certification in financial planning through a program at Santa Clara University.

In her downtime, Allison enjoys supporting her 3 kids in their local Morgan Hill activities, including golf, volleyball and swimming. She enjoys being outdoors and as a former marathoner, enjoys running and listening to audiobooks when she gets a chance.
